Gunbot vs. Profit Trailer

Let's kick off with probably the most important factor when it comes to choosing a trading bot to buy; the price. Profit Trailer requires a monthly/yearly payment while Gunbot is a one-time only payment. There are 2 versions of Profit Trailer; Basic & Pro. The basic version costs 35 euro’s each month or 300 euro’s each year if you immediately pay for a whole year. For the pro version you have to spend 50 euro’s each month or 450 euro’s each year. The two versions don’t differ too much from one another. For Gunbot you’d have to make a one-time payment to receive lifetime free updates and support with prices starting from as little as 0.04btc for the starter version.

Cloud hosting brings a lot of restrictions with it, and that’s why the developer of Gunbot, Gunthar De Niro, chose not to do this. Gunbot has to be run on your own computer, VPS(Virtual Private Server) or even on your Raspberry Pi. If you go for a VPS than you’ll be able to access it from anywhere in the world as-well, and there are also options to remote control your computer or raspberry pie if you wanted to. Whatever bot you choose to buy, or whatever kind of trading you’re into, it is always super important to choose the right pairs to trade on. Profit Trailer automatically switches between pairs based on volume. This is a good feature for people who don’t have the time, but once again you’re restricted. There is no way to choose your own pairs to trade on. Gunbot is different, it gives you a list of possible coins to trade on, but you still have put in which coins you want to use. So if there’s a coin you’d like the bot to trade on, because you are aware of some upcoming news, then you can only do it with Gunbot.
Profit Trailer won’t be able to get the most out of a bullish market and here’s why. Profit Trailer’s buy strategies are simpler in terms of what they scan in the market. You have to set it up for trading with smaller margins since it’s very much based on its so-called ‘Dollar Cost Averaging strategy’. Gunbot has a very similar function named ‘Double-Up’, which does exactly the same but it’s only a small safety option in Gunbot.

Next to double-up, Gunbot also has the option to do ‘Reversal Trading’. This gives a trader the possibility to keep trading even when the whole trader’s capital is stuck in bags.
