Tile Systems SL has adapted its protocols and privacy policies to the European General Data Protection Regulation 679/2916 (GDPR) for being concerned about the security and protection of the data entrusted by its clients.

1.  WHAT WILL WE USE YOUR DATA FOR AND FOR HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP IT?

We use the information provided by the persons concerned to manage the delivery of the information they request and to provide them with the range of products and services which may be of interest to them.

Any personal data to which access is given is kept for as long as the contractual relationship lasts and its deletion is not requested by the person concerned for a period of 10 years from the last confirmation of interest.

Please note that even after the consent to use the information is withdrawn, we may be able to continue to process your personal data to the extent required by law.

2.  WHAT ARE THE LEGAL GROUNDS FOR DATA TREATMENT?

The use of the data you have provided to us is necessary for the proper management of the relations with our Clients/ Professional Collaborators, and to comply with legal obligations.

You may also oppose, at any time, to the processing of your personal data and, therefore, revoke any type of data management, preserving it only for the time laid down by law. Bear in mind that denying consent may make it impossible to provide certain services.

3.  TRANSFER OF DATA.

Personal data will in principle not be transferred to third parties
Nonetheless, we may disclose your personal data to Gunbot.store professionals and / or suppliers for the sole purpose of contractual compliance. Also, to service providers of Gunbot.store such as to consulting service, computer service, and cloud service providers among others.

4.  FOR HOW LONG WILL WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will retain your data for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, there is a legal requirement that binds you, you do not exercise any right of objection to process your data or for a period of 10 years from the last confirmation of interest.

5.  HOW CAN I EXERCISE MY RIGHTS

As the right holder, you have control of your data and, therefore, you may exercise your rights, at any time, by sending us an email to support@gunbot.store

The rights you can exercise are as follows:
- Right to request access to personal data concerning the person concerned
- Right to request rectification or deletion
- Right to request the limitation of its treatment
- Right to oppose treatment
- Right to data portability

Users are hereby informed that they may, at any time, revoke their consent to our use of their information. This shall not affect the legality of the treatment based on the consent given prior to withdrawal.

Likewise, the persons concerned are further informed that they may file a claim to the competent Data Protection Agency, especially if they have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights.

Rights may be claimed by giving your name and sending us a copy of your identification along with the application.
