• API Keys sent reseller - see the public API Key on your exchange/s and check if you have sent the same API Key to your reseller. 
• Config.js file - see your public API Key and Secret API Key in Gunbot config.js file in your Gunbot config folder to verify if the GUI is updating the API Keys in config.js file properly. 

How Can You Prevent it From Happening?

• Make sure you bought your Gunbot License from an official and trusted affiliate like Crypto Daily Trading. 
• Check if you have put your correct API Key and secret. Blank space/s, missing character/s and/or extra character/s will cause the error. Also, keep in mind that it is a common thing to add blank spaces at the right or left when you copy and paste an API Key or secret.
• Do not manually type your API Key and Secret. 
• Make sure to secure your API Key and Secret in a safe place. As for most exchanges, it only shows the secret the first time you create your API, so you need to save it instantly or you won’t be able to get your secret again.
